My engineering philosophy is that software does not have to be expensive or uncertain. Agile is a reaction to waterfall, but implemented naively, agile is unpredictable and unpleasant for the customers and business stakeholders. I've helped large and small companies build reliable, repeatable, agile software processes. My point of pride is that we shipped on time, every time.
